The strength of ProCon is a solid combination of technical expertise and the ability to help our clients to secure financial resources to support implementation.  ProCon’s President, Fernando Anzoategui, P.E. has obtained millions of dollars in utility energy rebates and energy grants on behalf of clients.  ProCon’s President has extensive experience on all facets of performance contracting.  He has conducted extensive technical audits for energy service companies in order to evaluate the economics for energy saving retrofit projects for guaranteed savings, as well as shared savings financing strategies.  Anzoategui also has served as owner’s representative to select and evaluate performance contracting investment programs.

ProCon also routinely conducts feasibility/optimization studies for private sector clients.  These studies have evaluated feasibility and economics of projects ranging from simple lighting retrofit to peak shaving strategies like thermal energy storage and cogeneration.
