Position Title:          Electrical Engineer

Location:                  7240 SW 39th Terrace, Miami, FL 33155

Position Responsibilities: 

Miami based mechanical and electrical engineering design and consulting firm is seeking a degreed electrical engineer with a major in power who is fluent and experienced with AutoCad software. One year minimum previous design experience is required. Knowledge of ETAP and/or Easy Power software would be a plus.

Engineer filling this position will, under supervision of a senior electrical engineer, design and analyze electrical power and fire alarm systems and perform power studies (Short Circuit, are flash and coordination) for retrofit/remodeling type projects for large commercial and institutional buildings. 

Position Requirements:

- Candidate must be fluent in English.

- Relocation expenses will not be compensated.

- Candidate must have a Valid US working permit.

- Full time position.

- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications. 

Position Title:         HVAC Design Engineer

Location:                  7240 SW 39th Terrace, Miami, FL 33155

Position Responsibilities: 

Miami Mechanical/Electrical engineering and consulting firm is looking for a degreed mechanical engineer who is skilled with AutoCad and minimum 3 years experience with an engineering consulting firm or design/build mechanical contractor designing, engineering and analyzing HVAC systems for large commercial and institutional buildings.

Most projects will be retrofit/remodeling type. Non-degreed HVAC Designers with minimum 6 years design experience will also be considered.

HVAC major can be used as a substitute for one year experience. 

Position Requirements: 

- Candidates must read English very well. Fluency speaking English is a plus but not required.

- Relocation expenses will not be compensated.

- Candidates must have valid working permit.

- Skilled with Trace 700 software is a plus.

- Full time position.

- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
