Fernando Anzoategui, P.E., LEED AP

Principal

As Principal, Mr. Anzoátegui is responsible for the effective operation of the company.  In a supervisory capacity, Mr. Anzoátegui directs the activities of engineers, designers, manages the workload, and provides quality control.  He is specifically charged with ensuring that ProCon’s high level of performance is maintained in the areas of project design and coordination of construction phase services. 

Mr. Anzoátegui also directs client development efforts and serves as high-level client liaison and he also evaluates and adjusts manpower requirements.

Luis Lopez

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Luis Lopez has been directly in charge of production and overseeing mechanical design and contract administration for University, College, School Board, Governmental and private industry projects since the establishment of ProCon in August 2002. 

Mr. Lopez has 35 years of experience in HVAC and general mechanical engineering production and is involved with site investigation, coordinating mechanical and plumbing engineering and design for our projects. Some of his responsibilities include project design, client interface, project management, and construction phase project management.
